It started with one simple idea.
In 2019, Andrew Fox and his daughter Julia Fox noticed something: there was a lot of bad on the internet — and not nearly enough good. So they started sharing the other side: the kid lemonade-stand stories, the strangers helping strangers, the small wins that don't trend but matter.
What began as a father-daughter project has grown into a community of over five million people who show up every month for a daily dose of optimism. We're a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit — every share, every donation, every minute of attention helps fund the work of telling more of these stories.
We don't think good news is naive. We think it's necessary.
